My bias experience will tell you that the enterprise support sometimes doesn't mean much.
They will provide the most basic support pretty quickly (such as how-to-do-this type of questions).
This could be helpful if you are dealing with new technology or product just of coming out
and there are not much you can find out on the web.

But if you are dealing with bugs or fixes, you are out of luck.
......
Your experience could be different.
But enterprise support sometime doesn't mean much unless you can get access directly to the developer,
even in that case the result could be vary depending on product.
